- Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries, reservations, and requests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs through strong communication skills.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
- Independently complete assigned tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
